BINARY ADDITION

Binary addition step 1

Write down the binary numbers so that the same digits are in the same column.

Binary addition step 2

Add numbers from right to left in binary, digit by digit.

Binary addition step 3

For every digit, check if the result is greater than 1 or not. In any case, write the ones digit of the result under the numbers to the same column.

Binary addition step 4

If the result is greater than 1, remove the ones digit and carry the rest of the binary result to the next digit.
